Return Policy

We accept exchangeable and returnable products due to manufacturing and shipping defects. If you are facing any manufacturing or shipping defect within 48 hours upon receipt, kindly email to contact@evershinemy.com with photo and original receipt for exchange or refund approval.  We will respond to your email within 2 working days. Any application done after 48 hours will not be entertained.

We will only allow refunds for:

• Failure of our third party logistics partner to fulfil the order.
• Order is cancelled due to extenuating factors.
• Incorrect order of quantity.
   

Upon approval, kindly send your product to any courier service for replacement. Please note that the cost for shipping returning products shall be borne by the customer. The replacement product shall be shipped to you 7 to 10 working days upon receiving the defective product.  

The Defective product shall be returned together with the free gift. In the event of customers not returning with the free gift or any item originally bundled with the said product, Gemology Malaysia shall have the right, exercisable at its sole discretion to refuse to accept the return product.
